Coffee procurement digitalization platform built for one of the world's largest coffee traders. Tracks the full bean lifecycle: purchasing cherry coffee from farmers with dynamic pricing, wet/natural processing with moisture monitoring, QR-coded lot tracking, storage management, and transfer to dry mills. Field staff use rugged Android tablets with offline-first sync and thermal receipt/label printing. I authored the full SRS and led the project as Solution Architect.
